Adolescent and Teen Resources

The Minnesota AIDS Project knows it can be difficult to find reliable and relatable information about sexual health targeted at younger people. We have researched a number of books and websites focusing on sexual health and targeted at adolescents. Learning about your sexual health can be confusing. Please discuss these issues with a trusted adult in your life to make sure you understand the information correctly and have a reliable person you can talk with.

The suggested resources below have been reviewed by the Minnesota AIDS Project and contain accurate and age appropriate sexual health information for teens and adolescents. The suggested books below are in print and can be found at most public libraries or purchased through many retailers. The websites below have been developed specifically for youth to answer your questions in factual but relatable way.
